It is always hoped that all stakeholders are happy with the School and the service it provides. We would always encourage informal dialogue with the School and its teaching staff in the first instance to resolve any issues, and conversations with the Headmaster in the second. Experience has shown that early converstions on an informal basis can satisfy the vast majority of issues should they arise.

In the unfortunate situation that these should be exhausted, the School would direct stakeholders to the School's Complaints Policy, which can be accessed here.
