JRSO activities at Mellis!
Living where we do, with dark country lanes, an awareness of Road Safety is very important for our children.
We are lucky to have a very active JRSO group at school, who raise the importance of being bright and being seen, organising Brightness Days and competitions! They have also organised visits by traffic Police - and even had a go with speed cameras!
Recently, the JSROs have produced a series of posters encouraging thoughtful driving, and are even having them published in local parish magazines!
